a. Service Non-Delivery: If a service was not delivered as agreed upon or within the specified timeframe.

b. Billing Errors: In cases of incorrect or duplicate billing, clients are eligible for a full refund of the overcharged amount.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the service completion date or purchase date, whichever is applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature:

a. Consultation Services: Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

b. Customized Solutions: Services tailored specifically for the client, including bespoke software or security solutions, are non-refundable after delivery.

c. Third-Party Services: Costs incurred for third-party services or licenses procured on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following terms:

a. Notice Requirement: A written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle or service delivery date.

b. Immediate Cancellations: For month-to-month subscriptions, clients can cancel immediately; however, charges for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation:

b. Provide Documentation: Include relevant details such as order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund or cancellation request.

c. Review Period: Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and respond with a decision.

Note: Any fees associated with processing the transaction (e.g., payment processing fees) are non-refundable. In cases of refunds for services, clients will receive a refund for the service cost minus any non-refundable fees.
